See All ReviewsEnded up buying two meals. The first was a Thai salad but was absolutely coated in sweet chilli sauce and not edible for me. I took it back after one mouthful. I then purchased a frittata that was ok, hot on the outside but barely warm in the middle. Overall disappointing and ended up paying for two lunches for just me :-(
This is a wonderful cafe. The food was excellent, really delicious. I had the best GF porridge with yogurt, honey, fresh and dried fruit, and pumpkin seeds. The eggs benedict with salmon and potato rosti was equally delicious, with exquisite lemony hollandaise and peppery rocket. We had a good flat white and a chai latte, too. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I heartily recommend you visit The Good Earth if you are in Dunedin. Heaps of parking on a weekend, but busier mid-week because it's close to the uni.
My friend studying in Otago Uni recommended this cafe to me. And I loved it ♡ If you’re visiting Dunedin, a delicious breakfast after a campus tour would become one of your best memories.
